Desdobramentos de um trabalho psicanalítico instigado por uma cena clínica : vamos sair, Roberto?

Abstract

O presente trabalho de investigação psicanalítica iniciou sua costura em período de pandemia da COVID-19 numa reflexão sobre a clínica com crianças e o empuxo à rua. A partir de um ato analítico o qual convoca uma saída em direção a um espaço cultural formula-se um objetivo de pesquisa: doravante a intervenção que surge na cena com o analisante articular hipóteses teórico-clínicas as quais delineiam a direção do tratamento com crianças. Metodologicamente exploramos as funções da construção do caso investigando a transmissão de conceitos a partir da escrita da cena e das hipóteses teórico-clínicas elaboradas. O texto foi escrito no formato de ensaios e parte de uma cena clínica a qual nomeamos: A porta de entrada é a mesma de saída. Vamos sair, Roberto? É por meio dessa cena que a intervenção de saída do consultório mobiliza a pesquisa sobre a direção do tratamento; por isso, uma construção do caso que me coloca a elaborar hipóteses teórico-clínicas sobre o caso, sobre a direção do tratamento e seu efeito. Um caminho precisou ser construído de reflexões em torno do que se operou nessa cena clínica, reflexos da condução de tratamento que me fizeram trabalhar a clínica com crianças no campo freudo-lacaniano, utilizando conceitos também do campo do Acompanhamento Terapêutico. Concluiu-se que as elaborações teórico-clínicas as quais buscamos analisar a fantasmática do analisante Roberto estão imbricadas as narrativas e manifestações culturais. Desse modo, foi possível analisar o encontro com o infamiliar diante do ato analítico e escutar não-ditos entrelaçados a subjetividade e cidade.

The present psychoanalytic investigation began its stitching during the COVID-19 pandemic with a reflection on child therapy and the drive towards the streets. The research began with an intervention that called for an outing to a cultural space in the city. The aim was to articulate theoretical-clinical hypotheses that outline the direction of treatment with children. In this way, a path had to be built of reflections on what happened in this intervention, reflections of the conduct of treatment that made the clinic work with children in the Freudian-Lacanian field, using concepts also from the field of Therapeutic Accompaniment (TA). Methodologically, we used the construction of the case which started from the clinical scene which we have named: The entrance door is the same as the exit door. Let’s get out, Roberto? After reading-listening to the scene, we developed theoretical-clinical hypotheses in the form of essays. In the first essay, we wrote about the hypothesis of the AT’s influence on the intervention described in the clinical scene, beginning to reflect on the direction of the treatment. In the next essay, we enter the museum space to problematize the social enigma triggered by the “killer doll”. Above all, the museum space unfolds in the space of the Other and in the construction of the scene of the subject in space. Later, in the third essay, we propose thinking of the movement of leaving the consulting room as an analytical act. Thus, we analyze that the clinical scene, supported by the construction of the case, gives rise to reflections on the term un-said and mis-said, theoretical operators present in the psychoanalytic clinic, in this case, with children. Finally, in the last essay, we develop a hypothesis about the effects of the analytical act on the symptomatic composition of the Unheimlich, translated as unfamiliar. We suspect that the encounter with the “killer doll” caused the analysand and analyst to experience a feeling of infamiliarity, alienated from a social discourse. We concluded that the theoretical-clinical elaborations through which we sought to analyze Roberto’s phantasm are intertwined with cultural narratives and manifestations. In this way, it was possible to analyze the encounter with the unfamiliar in the face of the analytical act and listen to the unspoken intertwined with subjectivity and the city.
