A imagem dobrada : modos de ver, ser e fazer arquitetura

Abstract

Ao vermos uma imagem somos imergidos em um mundo muito mais complexo que a filosofia ocidental costumeiramente considerou. Tal balizamento responsável pela sua subjugação perante o pensamento influiu diretamente nos modos de ver o mundo, assim como ser nele e para ele. Partindo do questionamento acerca do papel da imagem no pensamento ocidental, a presente dissertação busca traçar um caminho filosófico no qual se inter-relacionam os modos de ver, ser e fazer, com enfoque específico no fazer arquitetura. Partindo da localização da imagem e sua conceituação cabível, o estudo propõe-se, a partir de Descartes, Leibniz e Deleuze, construir um percurso sobre o sujeito e seus regimes de visualidade, delineando um possível alargamento do sujeito e sua visão do mundo – possibilitando novas criações de si mesmo e dos objetos arquitetônicos que nos rodeiam. O presente trabalho também está alinhado com o pensamento teórico do arquiteto francês Bernard Cache, que a partir da Dobra deleuziana constitui novos modos de imagens e novas potências à arquitetura, seu pensar e agir.

When looking at the image, we are immersed in a much more complex world than western philosophy used to consider. Such a guideline responsible for its subjugation before thought directly influenced the ways of seeing the world, as well as being in it and for it. Starting from the questioning about the role of the image in western thought, this dissertation seeks to outline a philosophical path in which the ways of seeing, being and doing are interrelated, with a specific focus on making architecture. Based on the location of the image and its appropriate concept, the study proposes, based on Descartes, Leibniz and Deleuze, to build a path over the subject and its visual regimes, outlining a possible enlargement of the subject and his view of the world, enabling new creations of himself and the architectural objects that surround us. To this end, the thought of the French theoretician and architect Bernard Cache is taken into account, which, from the Deleuzian fold, constitutes new modes of images and new powers for architecture, its thinking and acting.
