Reflexos da Marcha das Margaridas na paridade de gênero no movimento sindical na Regional Centro Serra do Rio Grande do Sul : um pouco da luta das trabalhadoras rurais em busca de direitos

Abstract

Este estudo busca evidenciar lutas e conquistas das mulheres, sobretudo, as lutas das trabalhadoras agricultoras rurais, que executam labores dos mais sofridos no campo, constituindo-se em braço forte que lastreia a sociedade com o produto de seu trabalho, enquanto abastecem as mesas da cidade e do próprio campo. A análise aqui apresentada tem como referência a luta da sindicalista Margarida Maria Alves, como forma de evidenciar o trabalho e a força da mulher do campo na busca dos direitos. Assim, este estudo visa observar a presença de mulheres nos quadros de participação em diretorias de STR, da Regional Sindical Centro Serra, da FETAG, no período de quatro mandatos das diretorias. Pós implementação das cotas de mulheres nas diretorias O presente estudo de caso resulta de pesquisa bibliográfica com método dedutivo- analítico. A pergunta que orienta o trabalho indaga se as políticas de cotas do movimento sindical de fato contribuíram para a inserção das mulheres nos cargos efetivos de diretorias sindicais. Chegou-se à conclusão de que a Federação gaúcha e seus sindicatos estão alinhados com as orientações da Confederação com relação a paridade entre homens e mulheres, mas em diferentes intensidades.

This study seeks to highlight the struggles and achievements of women, above all, the struggles of rural agricultural workers, who carry out the most difficult tasks in the countryside, constituting a strong arm that supports society with the product of their work, while supplying the tables of city and the countryside. The analysis presented here has as reference the struggle of the trade unionist Margarida Maria Alves, as a way of highlighting the work and strength of rural women in the search for the rights that are due to them. Thus, this study aims to observe, through the participation tables in the boards sworn in by consulting their Facebook pages as well as in a Google search on the swearing-in ceremonies of the boards of six of the rural workers unions and reports from virtual periodicals, of the Regional Trade Union Center Serra, in the period of four mandates of the boards. Post-implementation of quotas for women on boards This case study is the result of a bibliographical research with a deductive analytical method. Thus, having as a guiding question the policies of quotas of the union movement, in fact, contributed to the insertion of women in effective positions of union boards. It was concluded that the Gaucho Federation and its unions are aligned with the Confederation's prepositions regarding parity, some faster than others, but in line with the resolutions.
