Encontros possíveis e movimentos passíveis de afetações : relato de experiência na atenção básica em saúde

Abstract

Apresentamos um relato de experiência sobre a articulação da Psicologia com a Atenção Básica em Saúde (AB), visto que a/o profissional psicóloga/o não está prevista/o para a composição da equipe mínima que atua na AB. Para isso, contextualizamos a importância histórica da Reforma Sanitária para a institucionalização do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) que estabeleceu a AB como o nível primário de acesso à saúde para a população. Além disso, destacamos a Reforma Psiquiátrica para entender as relações da saúde mental com a AB, procurando demonstrar como a/o profissional psicóloga/o, orientado para atuar na clínica privada, adentrou o SUS e, consequentemente, se relacionou com a AB. Finalizamos com o relato das experiências vivenciadas no período de estágio curricular obrigatório em Psicologia, realizado na Unidade Básica de Saúde Santa Cecília (UBS), salientando as afetações produzidas por esse encontro que representam os desafios que a/o profissional psicóloga/o precisa superar, tanto no seu saber-fazer, quanto nas relações estabelecidas com esse espaço que é a AB.

We report an experience about the articulation of Psychology with Primary Health Care, given that the professional psychologist is not referred to the composition of the minimum team that operates in the Primary Health Care. For this reason, the historical background of Sanitary Reform for the institutionalisation of the Unified Health System, which established the Primary Health Care as the primary level of access to health care for the population. Furthermore, we highlight the Psychiatric Reform in order to understand the relationships between the mental health and the Primary Health Care, seeking to demonstrate how the professional psychologist, oriented to act in a private clinic, entered the Unified Health System and correlate with the Primary Health. We finish with the account of experiences in the probationary period required in Psychology, conducted in the Basic Health Unit Santa Cecilia, stressing the affectations produced by this encounter that represent the challenges that the professional psychologist need to overcome, both in their know-how, as well as in the relations established with this space which is the Primary Health Care.
