Unidade e contradição na Bancada Feminina durante a Constituinte de 1987/1988 : reflexões através da Análise de Discurso

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo debater a experiência histórica que foi a Bancada Feminina durante a Assembléia Nacional Constituinte de 1987/1988, contribuindo com os debates a respeito do tema por duas vias. A primeira se trata do aprofundamento do estudo do quadro mais amplo de exclusão (PINTO, 2001) no qual se insere a questão da representatividade feminina através de reflexões de natureza histórico-estruturais; estas se darão por meio do estudo da contra-história do liberalismo e da democracia liberal, da crítica pachukaniana do direito e do feminismo marxista. A segunda via corresponde a um estudo mais detido da contradição na Bancada Feminina, uma vez que os trabalhos existentes a respeito do tema tendem a focar em maior medida no aspecto da unidade; tal estudo se dará através do instrumental teórico da Análise de Discurso.

The present work is dedicated to debate the historical experience that was the Women’s Parliamentary Front during the National Constituent Assembly of 1987/1988, contributing with the debates regarding the theme through two paths. The first one regards the deepening of the study of the wider context of exclusion (PINTO,2001) in which the matter of women’s representation is set through reflections of structural-historical nature; these will be undertaken through the study of the counter-history of liberalism and liberal democracy, the pachukanian critic of law and the marxist feminism. The second path corresponds to a more detained study of the contradiction within the Women’s Parliamentary Front, since the existing works regarding the theme tend to focus in greater extent on the unity aspect; such study will be undertaken through the theoretical tools of the Discourse Analysis.
