Produção orgânica em estufa na comunidade rural de Cacimbas, quarto distrito de Mostardas-RS

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a produção orgânica em dois diferentes tipos de estufa presentes na comunidade rural de Cacimbas, localizada no quarto distrito de Mostardas, analisando os métodos utilizados pelos agricultores em seus cultivos, verificando as vantagens destes sistemas com base em fonte de renda, acesso a direitos, permitindo a interação das ciências e a inclusão de jovens. A pesquisa desenvolvida é de cunho qualitativo, seguida de entrevistas e uso de questionário com perguntas abertas usando abordagem exploratória descritiva em torno da melhoria de vida para os pequenos agricultores. A revisão de literatura, pautada nas categorias de hábitos alimentares saudáveis, tipos de estufas sendo elas tradicional e hidropônica, métodos de cultivo, tipos de adubos, e trazendo a contribuição da agroecologia, que se aprofundou na segurança alimentar, relativa ao uso de agrotóxicos na produção que no entendimento dos agricultores trazem riscos ao meio ambiente e a saúde humana, devem ser evitados. Os resultados ressaltam a valorização que os agricultores sentem de seus consumidores, a garantia de se manterem produzindo de forma orgânica, o sentimento e a preocupação com a sua comunidade. A reflexão crítica dos agricultores em torno de suas práticas alimentares demonstrou a compreensão para as necessidades de aumentar o consumo de orgânicos nas famílias da região. Mediante a análise é possível perceber o empoderamento de aprendizagens para esta comunidade. O interesse como pesquisadora foi capaz de trazer uma experiência muito significativa para esta graduação, dentro de uma universidade federal, tenho como tema deste trabalho a total interação ao curso de Licenciatura em Educação do Campo.

This project aims to investigate the organic production in two different types of greenhouse present in the rural community of Cacimbas, located in the fourth district of Mostardas, analyzing the methods used by the farmers in their crops, verifying the advantages of these systems based on source of income, access to rights, allowing the interaction of the sciences, and the inclusion of young people. The research developed is of a qualitative nature, followed by interviews and questionnaire use with open questions, using a descriptive exploratory approach around life improvement for small farmers. The literature review, based on the categories of healthy eating habits, types of greenhouses, being traditional and hydroponic, methods of cultivation, types of fertilizers, and bringing the contribution of agroecology, that deepened in food safety, regarding the use of agrochemicals in the production, that in the understanding of farmers bring risks to the environment and human health, should be avoided. The results highlight the appreciation that the farmers feel of their consumers, the guarantee to keep producing in an organic way, the feeling and the concern with their community. Farmers' critical thinking about their food practices has demonstrated understanding for the needs of increasing organic consumption in families in the region. Through the analysis, it is possible to perceive the empowerment of learning for this community. The interest as a researcher was able to bring a very significant experience for this undergraduate course, within a federal university, I have as the theme of this project the total interaction to the Degree course in Education of the field.
